The New Green Arrow:
Who I think it is: William from the future. Why? What if Felicity's plan was to send William back in time to prevent the glades from rising up? Also, notice how he happens to be in the right places at the right time!!!!
Who I hope it is: Malcolm Merlyn or Tommy Merlyn: Why? I love those characters.
Flash Forward Theories:
Does anyone remeber what the Reverse Flash told Oliver in season 1 Episode 22 of The Flash? He said 'The history books say that you live to be 86 years old Mr. Queen. Well I guess the history books are wrong!" Oliver is not dead in the future, so don't be surprised if Felicity faked her death also.
If Felicity is dead, my theory is that Oliver is marred to Earth 2 Laurel Lance.
I am only posting these so that if these are correct, I have proof that I was right.
