My Review of "Avengers: Endgame"
Major Spoilers Ahead!!!
Avengers: Endgame wastes too many opportunities and fails its destiny.
The story line had way too many plot holes and lacked excitement. The time travel was not done right, and it shows that DC is much better when it does time travel than Marvel. The ending was horrific and made me cringe.
The visuals were awesome. The Quantum realm was done really well.
The fight scenes lacked excitement. The only exception, was the battle between Captain America, Iron Man, and Thor Vs Thanos. Captain America wielding Thor's hammer was a spectacular idea. The final battle felt rushed and lacked Infinity War's touch.
The acting was powerful, but not from Chris Hemsworth and Mark Ruffalo. The standouts were Robert Downey Jr., Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, and Josh Brolin.
They completely ruined Thor and Hulk. How could they be so good when they started out, and end up like this?
I was stunned that only two Avengers died. Black Widows death was very emotional and it took everything for me not to cry. Iron Man's death was hard to watch also, but his last line of dialogue was fitting for his character.
Overall, despite some great visuals, a good fight scene between the main Marvel characters, and powerful performances from Robert Downey Jr., Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, and Josh Brolin, Avengers: Endgame suffers from poor writing, way too many plot holes, a lackluster ending, bad characterization for Thor and Hulk, and poor use of the time travel, to make this no doubt the most disappointing MCU film of all time.

My Review of "Shazam!"
Shazam is easily an improvement over Aquaman, but it fails to find its footing and falls flat on its face.
The story line was weak, as it lacked heart, depth, and wit. The pacing was super bad as well, as I always wondered when something good was going to happen.
The acting was disappointing, mainly by Mark Strong and Zachary Levi. Mark Strong should have had a different role in the DCEU as he was wasted. The characterization was weak as well.
The action scenes and musical score were lackluster, and they managed to make Captain Marvel's action scenes and score look incredible.
The humor was good, but sometimes it felt out of place. The visual effects were awesome also.
Overall, while featuring great humor and some awesome visual effects, Shazam suffered from its weak story line, horrific pacing, lackluster action scenes, and a poor musical score, and adds another disappointing installment in the DCEU.
