Transformers: Rise of the Beasts: Review

While it doesn't come near Bumblebee and Age of Extinction (Mainly due to the anti-climatic action scenes), Rise of the Beasts is still a fun film that has some well written humor, amazing visual effects, giving us a great villain in Scourge, and setting up Unicron as a villain further down the line!

I really need Megatron to arrive soon! His presence has been missed lately, in the Transformers movies. Plus I want to hear Peter Cullen (Optimus Prime) and Frank Welker (Megatron) again on the big screen.

The G.I. Joe reveal was a surprise. I am curious to see how they plan on making this crossover work!

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse: Review

 While it takes a while to get going, and it wastes some of the cameos, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse delivers on the character development for Gwen Stacy and Miles Morales, strong emotional moments, well written humor, beautiful animation, great voice acting, and setting up a sequel that could be one of the biggest Spider-Man movies of all time!

Fast X: Review

 While it has too much going on, and Gisele's return feels very forced, Fast X delivers on the hilarious and over the top performance from Jason Momoa, exciting (if over the top) action scenes, strong visual effects, and well written humor!
