My Review of "Avengers: Infinity War"

The Good: The story, the visual effects, the emotion, the action scenes, the post credit scene, introducing the 6th infinity stone, Robert Downey Jr.'s performance, Chris Hemsworth's performance, Mark Ruffalo's performance, Chris Evans' performance, Scarlett Johansson's performance, Benedict Cumberbatch's performance, Don Cheadle's performance, Tom Holland's performance, Chadwick Boseman's performance, Paul Bettany's performance, Elizabeth Olsen's performance, Anthony Mackie's performance, Sebastian Stan's performance, Benedict Wong's performance, Karen Gillan's performance, Pom Klemetieff's performance, Dave Bautista's performance, Zoe Saldana's performance, Vin Diesel's performance, Bradley Cooper's performance, Chris Pratt's performance, and Josh Brolin's performance.

The Okay: No Hawkeye or Ant-Man.

Avengers: Infinity War was certainly worth the 6 year wait in my opinion. The film has the best emotion, incredible action scenes, and very believable performances from Robert Downey Jr., Chris Pratt, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Josh Brolin (Who plays a very excellent villain), and will not disappoint fans of Marvel Comics who have been waiting all this time for it.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

4 out of 4 stars.

Best Avengers film and the third best MCU film behind 2. Captain America: Civil War and 1. Spider Man: Homecoming.

My Review of "Thor: Ragnarok"

The Good: The soundtrack, Dr. Strange's cameo, the action scenes, humor, Chris Hemsworth's performance, Tom Hiddleston's performance, Cate Blanchett's performance, Idris Elba's performance, Jeff Goldblum's performance, Tessa Thompson's performance, Karl Urban's performance, and Anthony Hopkins' performance.

the Okay: The story, and the uderuse of Hela.

The Bad: Lack of heart, and the second act.

Thor Ragnarok undoubtedly has the best action scenes and musical score of the Thor series, and as always has great acting, as Chris Hemsworth gives his best performance as Thor in this film. The film however, focuses a little too much on the humor, instead of the heart, and does a bad job of using Hela. While the film is no doubt the worst Thor film in my opinion, it is still a good film.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

3 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Spider-Man: Homecoming"

The Good: The story, the visual effects, pacing, Tom Holland's performance, Michael Keaton's performance, Jon Favreau's performance, Donald Glover's performance, Marisa Tomei's performance, Robert Downey Jr.'s performance, Jacob Batalon's performance, Laura Harrier's performance, Bokeem Woodbine's performance, Logan Marshall-Green's performance, and Michael Chernus' performance.

The Okay: Language.

Spider-Man Homecoming hits the right notes, and produces a great story, a villain you really feel sorry for, outstanding visual effects, and stand out performances from Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, and Robert Downey Jr., making this film, in my opinion, the best MCU film.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

4 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2"

The Good: The soundtrack, Star Lord's father revealed, the visual effects, Chris Pratt's performance, Zoe Saldana's performance, Dave Bautista's performance, Bradley Cooper's performance, Michael Rooker's performance, Karen Gillan's performance, Pom Klementieff's performance, Chris Sullivan's performance, Sean Gunn's performance, and Kurt Russell's performance.

The Okay: The story.

The Bad: Crude humor, lack of action scenes, and language.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 once again proves that marvel tries to focus more on humor then crafting a good story. However, Guadians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 is a improvement over the first one, thanks to a better villain, better visual effects, and stand out performances from Michael Rooker and Kurt Russell.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

2.5 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Doctor Strange"

The Good: The visual effects, the action scenes, humor, introducing the fifth infinity stone, Benedict Cumberbatch's performance, Chiwetel Ejifor's performance, Rachel McAdams' performance, Benedict Wong's performance, Mads Mikkelsen's performance, and Tilda Swinton's performance.

The Bad: Predictable origin story.

While Doctor Strange is a typicall origin film, it does have the best visual effects in any MCU film, unique action scenes, and a great performance from Benedict Cumberbatch, making this one on of the more memorable MCU films.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

3.5 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Captain America: Civil War"

The Good: The story, the action scenes, the humor, the heart, introducing Black Panther and Spider-Man, Chris Evans' performance, Robert Downey Jr.'s performance, Scarlett Johanson's performance, Sebastian Stan's performance, Anthony Mackie's performance, Don Cheadle's performance, Jeremy Renner's performance, Chadwick Boseman's performance, Paul Bettany's performance, Elizabeth Olsen's performance, Paul Rudd's performance, Emily VanCamp's performance, Tom Holland's performance, William Hurt's performance, and Daniel Bruhl's performance.

The Okay: Killing off Crossbones.

Captain America Civil War is, in my opinion, the best start to any phase in the MCU in my opinion, thanks to a thought provoking story, spectacular action scenes, plenty of heart, and a very sympathetic villain villain. Overall, the Captain America series is a rare franchise that gets better as it goes on.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

4 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Ant-Man"

The Good: The smaller stakes, the CGI, the humor, Paul Rudd's performance, Evangeline Lilly's performance, Corey Stoll's performance, Bobby Cannavale's performance, Michael Pena's performance, and Michael Douglas' performance.

The Bad: Underusing Yellowjacket.

Ant-Man's small problem is that it does not have the villain in it for very long, but that is not able to stop it from being a surprisingly good film, thanks to some great CGI moments, hillarious moments, and stand out performances from Paul Rudd and Michael Pena.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

3.5 out 4 stars.

My Review of "Avengers: Age of Ultron"

The Good: The story, the action scenes, the visual effects, introducing the fourth infinity stone, the pacing, introduction to Quicksilver, Scarlett Witch, and Vision, Robert Downey Jr.'s performance, Chris Hemsworth's performance, Mark Ruffalo's performance, Chris Evans' performance, Scarlett Johansson's performance, Jeremy Renner's performance, Aaron Taylor-Johnson's performance, Elizabeth Olsen's performance, Paul Bettany's performance, James Spader's performance, and Samuel L. Jackson's performance.

The Okay: Romance between Hulk and Black Widow.

While I thought there was no way that Age of Ultron was going to be better then the first Avengers, Marvel proved me wrong. Age of Ultron is an improvement over the first Avengers, thanks to more action scenes, a better story, a more used villain, and introducing us to the fourth infinity stone and new characters.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

4 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Guardians of the Galaxy"

The Good: The soundtrack, the pacing, the humor, the visual effects, introducing the third infinity stone, introduction to Thanos, Chris Pratt's performance, Zoe Saldana's performance, Dave Bautista's performance, Vin Diesel's performance, Bradley Cooper's performance, Michael Rooker's performance, Karen Gillan's performance, Djimon Hounsou's performance, and Benicio Del Toro's performance.

The Okay: Lack of action scenes and the story.

The Bad: The villain, language, and crude humor.

Guardians of the Galaxy focuses more on crafting humor instead of the story, which is its biggest downfall in my opinion, and has the worst MCU villain. The film is mostly enjoyable however, thanks to its epic soundtrack, and a stand out performances from Chris Pratt, Bradley Cooper, and Michael Rooker.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

2 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Captain America: The Winter Soldier"

The Good: The story, the action scenes, the visual effects, the plot twist, the reveal of the Winter Soldier, introduction to The Falcon, Chris Evans' performance, Scarlett Johansson's performance, Sebastian Stan's performance, Anthony Mackie's performance, Cobie Smulders' performance, Frank Grillo's performance, Emily Vancamp's performance, Robert Redford's performance, and Samuel L. Jackson's performance.

The Okay: Underusing the Winter Soldier.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier is a huge improvement over the underrated first Captain America film, thanks to some realistic performances, great plot twists, and the action scenes, which in my opinion are the best the MCU has ever done.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

4 out of 4 stars.

My Review of 'Thor: The Dark World"

The Good: The story, the action scenes, the visual effects, introducing the second infinity stone, the humor, Chris Hemsworth's performance, Tom Hiddleston's performance, Natalie Portman's performance, Anthony Hopkins' performance, Stellan Skarsgard, Idris Elba's performance, Christopher Eccleston's performance, Kat Dennings' performance, and Rene Russo's performance.

The Okay: Underusing the villain.

Thor: The Dark World is a rare Marvel film that surpasses the first one, thanks to a better rounded story, better action scenes, and performances, mainly Tom Hiddleston.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

4 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Iron Man 3"

The Good: The action scenes, the visual effects, Robert Downey Jr.'s performance, Gwyneth Paltrow's performance, Don Cheadle's performance, Guy Pearce's performance, Ty Simpkins' performance and Mark Ruffalo's cameo.

The Okay: The story.

The Bad: Ben Kingsley's performance and the stupid Mandarin twist.

Iron Man, as always, provides excellent action scenes, visual effects, and acting, but ultimately is a huge disappointment due to Ben Kingsley's performance, and one of the worst plot twists in cinema history.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

2 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Marvel's The Avengers"

The Good: The story, the visual effects, the chemistry between the characters, the action scenes, Robert Downey Jr.'s performance, Chris Evans' performance, Mark Ruffalo's performance, Chris Hemsworth's performance, Scarlett Johansson's performance, Jeremy Renner's performance, Tom Hiddleston's performance, and Samuel L. Jackson's performance.

The Okay: Not saying how Thor got back to Earth.

Marvel's The Avengers goes the distance and is able to balance all of these characters, while at the same time, providing some great action scenes and visual effects, making this a must see for superhero fans.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

4 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Captain America: The First Avenger"

The Good: The story, the action scenes, Chris Evans' performance, Hugo Weaving's performance, Tommy Lee Jones' performance, Hayley Atwell's performance, Sebastian Stan's performance, and Toby Jones' performance.

The Bad: Too old school.

Captain America: The First Avenger may seem a bit too old schooled for some people, but thanks to a great story, some decent action scenes, and performances from Chris Evans, Hugo Weaving, and Tommy Lee Jones, Captain America is certainly a great time for any Marvel Comics fan, and smartly sets up the Avengers.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

3.5 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Thor"

The Good: The visual effects, some action scenes, Chris Hemsworth's performance, Tom Hiddleston's performance, Anthony Hopkins' performance, Idris Elba's performance, Stellan Skarsgard's performance, Kat Dennings' performance, and Jaimie Alexander's performance.

The Okay: Natalie Portman's performance.

The Bad: Too focused on Earth.

Thor's biggest problem is the fact that it is too focused on Thor being stuck on Earth, however Thor, in my opinion, is the best acted MCU film and has some very touching moments.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

3.5 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Iron Man 2"

The Good: The visual effects, the action scenes, Robert Downey Jr.'s performance, Gwyneth Paltrow's performance, Don Cheadle's performance, Scarlett Johansson's performance, Sam Rockwell's performance, Mickey Rourke's performance, and Samuel L. Jackson's performance.

The Okay: Too many new characters.

The Bad: Pacing.

Iron Man 2 is able to make the action scenes and visual effects better then the first one and the cast is outstanding as ever. However, Iron man 2 does suffer from really bad pacing and too many new characters.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

3 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "The Incredible Hulk"

The Good: The CGI, the action scenes, Edward Norton's performance, Tim Roth's performance, William Hurt's performance, and Tim Blake Nelson's performance.

The Bad: Certain aspects of its story, Liv Tyler's performance, and underusing the Abomination.

The Incredible Hulk will not go down as one of the better MCU films due to its story, but thanks to some outstanding visual effects, intense action scenes, and a scene stealing performance from Tim Roth, the Incredible Hulk is a decent popcorn movie for fans of Marvel Comics.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

2.5 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Iron Man"

The Good: The story, the visual effects Robert Downey Jr.'s performance, Jeff Bridges' performance, Terrence Howard's performance, and Gwyneth Paltrow's performance.

The Bad: Lack of action scenes.

Iron man kicks off the MCU in arguably the best way possible to start a universe thanks to an epic performance from Robert Downey Jr. and a very underrated performance by Jeff Bridges.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

3.5 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "The Flash: Season 4 Episode 19: Fury Rogue"

The Good: The tribute to Ralph Dibny, the heart, the dialogue,  Grant Gustin's performance, Candice Patton's performance, Carlos Valdes' performance, Tom Cavanagh's performance, Katie Cassidy's performance, Wentworth Miller's performance, Neil Sandilands' performance, and Kim Engelbrecht's performance.

The Okay: The Story.

The Bad: Not explaining the Thinker's plan more.

Tonight's episode of The Flash is somewhat of a letdown from last week's episode due to certain aspects of its story, but it is a good episode thanks to some great dialogue, stand out performances from Neil Sandilands, Grant Gustin, and Tom Cavanagh, and plenty of heart that the show has been lacking.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

3 out of 4 stars.

Top 10 Stranger Things Season 2 Moments

Top 10 Stranger Things Season 1 Moments

My Review of "I Can Only Imagine"

The Good: The story, the heart, how the song came to be, Dennis Quaid's performance, J. Michael Finley's performance, Madeline Carroll's performance, Trace Akins' performance, and Priscilla Shirer's performance.

The Okay: Not enough mention of God.

I Can Only Imagine is a truly inspiring true story about how one of the most popular christian songs, which is also my favorite christian song, came to be, thanks to an emotional storyline about forgiveness and a very powerful performance by Dennis Quaid.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

4 out of 4 stars.

My Review of "Arrow: Season 6 Episode 19: The Dragon"

The Good: The story, Ricardo Diaz's origins, the dialogue, Kirk Acevedo's performance, Katie Cassody's performance, Ashton Holmes' performance, and Emily Bett Rickards' performance.

The Okay: Lack of Oliver Queen.

The Bad: Echo Kellum's performance.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

3.5 out of 4 stars.

Sentence:

This episode of Arrow does what Flash failed to do last season, by giving the villain his own origin episode and by showing how big of a threat he is. The episode however does suffer from Echo Kellum's performance as he ends up bringing on more forced drama that the show does not need at all.

My Review of "The Flash: Season 4 Episode 18: Lose Yourself"

The Good: The story, the return of Neil Sandilands as the "Thinker", the action scenes, the ending, Grant Gustin's performance, Candice Patton's performance, Danielle Panabaker's performance, Carlos Valdes' performance, Tom Cavanagh's performance, Jesse L. Martin's performance, Hartley Sawyer's performance, and Arturo Del Puerto's performance.

The Okay: Not explaining the Thinker's plan more, Miranda MacDougall's performance, and Kim Engelbrecht's performance.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

3.5 out of 4 stars.

Sentence:

Tonight's episode of "The Flash" heavily out does last week's episode, thanks to some impressive action scenes, a very unpredictable storyline, terrific acting by Grant Gustin, Tom Cavanagh, and Hartley Sawyer, and the return of the original Thinker. The episode is not perfect however, as it still has problems due to Kim Engelbrecht's performance, and the fact that they have not explained what the Thinker's plan is.

Arrow finally comes back to the way it used to be, and thanks to Stephen Amell and Emily Bett Rickards, the action scenes, and the story, this episode goes down in my opinion as the best episode of Arrow!!!!!

The Good: The story, the music, the production design, pacing, Hugh Jackman's performance, Zac Efron's performance, Zendaya's performance, Michelle Williams, Rebecca Ferguson's performance, Keala Settle's performance, Sam Humprey's performance, and Paul Sparks' performance.

The Okay: Too short.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

4 out of 4 stars.

Sentence:

The Greatest Showman will go down, in my books, as one of the most entertaining musical films I have ever seen, thanks to its message about never letting fame and fortune control your life, all of the wonderful songs, performances from Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron, and Zendaya, and the unique production design.

My Review of "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle"

The Good: The visual effects the humor, Dwayne Johnson's performance, Kevin Hart's performance, Karen Gillan's performance, Jack Black's performance, Nick Jonas' performance, Alex Wolff's performance, Madison Iseman's performance, Ser'Darius Blain's performance, and Morgan Turner's performance.

The Bad: The story and lack of good action scenes.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

2.5 out of 4 stars.

Sentence:

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle is unable to capture the fun and excitement of Jumanji and Zathura story wise, but its 4 main leads and humor are just enough to make this a decent popcorn film for moviegoers of all ages.

My Review of "The Flash: Season 4 Episode 17: Null and Annoyed"

The Okay: Kim Engelbrecht's performance and the story

The Bad: Too predictable, Miranda MacDougall's performance, and Bethany Brown's performance.

Out of 4 stars I would give it...

2 out of 4 stars.

Sentence:

Tonight's episode of the Flash suffers from a perdictable story, and horrible performances from Miranda MacDougall and Bethany Brown, although it manages to be somewhat enjoyable thanks to some great humor and scene stealing performances from Hartley Sawyer, Danny Trejo, and Carlos Valdes.
